Conference Room Rate: $229 Single/double plus taxes. Rooms are
limited so book early! This special ATP attendee rate is only valid through
January 7, 2010, based on availability. All room rates are exclusive of
applicable state and local taxes, which are currently 13%, as well as a
Resort Service Fee which will apply to all guest rooms. This fee is
currently $12.50 per room per night. The Resort Service Fee includes self
parking, transportation to Disney theme parks, use of health club, use of
all recreation activities including lazy river pool, tennis, volleyball and
basketball, daily newspaper, local and 800# calls, in-room coffee, high
speed internet access in guestrooms and evening turndown service. A porterage
charge of $10 per person round trip will apply, as well as a housekeeping
gratuity of $2 per room per night.
Hotel reservations should be made directly with the Omni Orlando Resort
at ChampionsGate by calling 1-800-THE-OMNI. Please identify yourself as
a guest attending the ATP 2010 Conference. Hotel reservations will
be accepted at the conference rate until January 7, 2010 and are sold on a
first-come, first-served basis.
All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid major credit card that is
supplied at the time of reservation. Guaranteed reservations not cancelled
48 hours prior to arrival will be subject to a one night room and tax
cancellation fee.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 p.m. All guests
arriving before 3:00 p.m. will be accommodated as rooms become available.
Hotel Guest Service staff can arrange to check baggage for those arriving
early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on
departure day.
