Designing Events is available to assist with fulfillment of sponsorship. Designing Events will be hosting trainings to prepare for the conference in helping to make your organization successful. The trainings will also include time at the end of each meeting for sponsors to ask any questions they have related to the topics. More information will be provided closer to each training.

March: Sponsor Briefing

Learn what to expect at the ATP 2022 Innovations in Testing and how to prepare for the conference. Virtual Sponsor Briefing – Will take place within the week before the conference. Onsite Sponsor Briefing – Will take place Sunday, March 20th at the hotel.

Cancellation Policy

If, after registering as a Sponsor for the in-person conference, you are unable to attend due to COVID-19 related circumstances, you may cancel your in-person conference sponsorship and either receive a full refund, less a $200 processing fee, or receive a refund up to the cost for sponsoring at the virtual conference and participate in the virtual conference by notifying Designing Events in writing of the cancellation or transition no later than February 21, 2022. No refunds will be granted after February 21, 2022 although substitutions for registrations will be allowed at any time. [All virtual conference sponsorships, registrations, and non-COVID-related cancellations adhere to regular cancellation policy parameters which are outlined in the sponsorship prospectus for sponsors and on the registration page for attendees.]
